Video clip footage of heavy lake effect snow in Northeast Ohio on 1/14/12. I filmed a car stuck on hill then helped push her out. The road departments do a great job of keeping the roads clear so emergency vehicles - - like ambulance's and fire truck's - - can help save lives.
